MCI is Now MaxCore Industries
|
MCI Cores recently announced a new name, MaxCore Industries (MCI). You'll now see this new name in Coremate, Core Pricing, Partmate, and Checkmate. MaxCore Industries has slowly been pushing the new name to the industry through social media, trade shows, and websites. The name has also now been changed throughout Car-Part software.
From MaxCore:
"Back in 2016 Automotive Commodity Exchange (ACE) merged with MCI Cores. This merger brought a drivetrain core buyer (ACE) and a traditional “Small Part” core buyer (MCI) together under one roof to create a “One Stop Shop” to better serve the automotive recycling industry. A new branded name was always in the plan after the original merger and we made it official last summer. It is still the same ownership, platform, and services that has made us the most trusted and comprehensive core supplier in the industry. Nothing will be different for our vendors other than the name and logo you will see on the Car-Part platform.
