Ordermate is bringing production management tools from Order Trakker right to your phone! Ordermate is completely integrated with Checkmate and Order Trakker, so that your entire Checkmate system stays updated with key steps in the production process as your parts go from your business to your customers’ hands.
Ordermate's first feature, the Work Order Audit, helps you do a crucial quality assurance step when you’re preparing an order for a customer: verifying that the physical parts (that have been picked and prepared), are the exact parts that are on the customer’s work order. Your team can move orders forward with greater confidence and efficiency!

It's simple and streamlined to audit a work order:
- Start by scanning a work order barcode (or type in the work order number).
- Verify physical parts against the work order to make sure the correct item is being pulled and processed.

- If you need to, you can add or edit photos and enter notes.
- When the parts have been verified as the exact ones on the work order, move them along in the production process by updating the parts with a New Location and/or New Order Trakker Tab and New Order Trakker Assignee. All updates flow back into Checkmate and Order Trakker so your system stays updated and your whole team is in the loop!

Ready to Try It?
If you have Order Trakker, then your subscription already includes Ordermate! Ordermate operates inside of the Photomate mobile app.
- If you already use Photomate and Order Trakker, you don't need any additional setup. Just update your Photomate app in the app store to the latest version.

Inside the Photomate app, you can access Ordermate from the home screen by tapping the new Orders tab.
|
- If you already use Order Trakker but have never used the Photomate app, you'll need to get set up first before you use Ordermate. Contact your support tech directly for help, or call Car-Part's main office: 859-344-1925.
If you don't have Order Trakker yet, contact your Order Trakker salesperson. Order Trakker manages your work orders efficiently and helps streamline your production process for maximum productivity and profitability. Ordermate helps by reducing errors, improving quality control, and saving time by completing a critical check right where the work happens.
